The work site as it looked by the end of the week - all ready for FCC to continue!

Canal restoration is tiring work, and so we all relax as much as we can at tea breaks! (CH)
Some relax in other ways - Bryony joined Sue Johnson, our excellent cook (R), to make two fabulous cakes that were much appreciated by all (CH)
Colin tries his hand at tirforing (CH)
And Chris soon has a go as well. Chris was one of our Duke of Edinburgh volunteers - as part of which they try as many activities as possible! (CH)
Bryony and I concrete the first stage (CH)
And Simran, another DoE volunteer, tries her hand at tirforing as well (CH)
We also go out in the evenings occasionally - but they still like an opportunity to play with the toys... (Tramway Musem, Crich) (CH)
Our home for the week was Waingroves Community Centre (CH)
And there we shared some delightful evenings - this from the opening night where the young'uns were playing cards (CH)
